Frequently asked questions

Can Ohdeel replace my current CRM?

Yes. You import the CSV export from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho or a spreadsheet, check the preview before running it, and the import can be undone.

Which channels are supported?

Gmail today. Outlook and phone calls are coming soon.

Does the AI send emails on my behalf?

Not without you. The AI drafts the follow-ups, and you approve each one before it goes out.

Where is my data stored?

In France, with our hosting provider. Some processing goes through providers outside the European Union (AI models, Gmail connection): they are listed in our privacy policy.
