Terms of use and sale
Purpose
These terms govern access to the Ohdeel service, published by [company name], and its subscription by a business (the customer). They apply to every account and every subscription.
Account and access
The service is for businesses only. The customer is responsible for its members' access and for keeping their credentials confidential.
Free trial
Every new workspace gets a 14-day trial, with no credit card. When it ends, the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is subscribed to.
Plans and prices
Plans and their prices, per seat per month, are those shown on the Pricing page on the day of subscription. Prices exclude VAT; the applicable VAT is calculated at checkout.
Billing and payment
The subscription is paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through our payment provider. Invoices are available in the app.
Plan changes and cancellation
The customer can change plans at any time; the difference is prorated. They can cancel at any time: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period.
Customer data
The customer remains the owner of its data. It can export it from the app and request the deletion of its workspace, effective after a 14-day delay during which it can be cancelled. For personal data processed in Ohdeel, a data processing agreement [to attach] sets out each party's commitments.
Artificial intelligence features
Content suggested by the AI (completed records, follow-ups, prospect context) shows its source. Follow-ups are only sent after a workspace member approves them. The customer remains responsible for messages sent from its accounts.
