Privacy policy

This page explains what data the ohdeel.com website and the Ohdeel app process, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

Data controller

[Company name], [registered address]. For any question about your data: [dedicated email address].

Data collected on the website

The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. It uses two technical cookies required for it to work: the session and protection against request forgery.

The beta sign-up form collects your first name, work email address, company name, sales team size and current CRM. We also keep the exact consent text you accepted, its date and a fingerprint of your IP address (never the address itself), so that we can prove that consent.

Purposes and legal bases

Beta sign-up: contacting you about the Ohdeel beta, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Using the app: providing the service your company subscribed to, based on the contract. For the data your company imports or connects, Ohdeel acts as your company's processor.

Retention periods

Unconfirmed beta sign-up: deleted 30 days after the form was submitted.

Confirmed beta sign-up: [period to complete], or until you withdraw your consent.

App data: for the duration of the subscription. Deleting a workspace takes effect after a 14-day delay; backups are kept on a rolling 30-day basis.

Processors

The following providers process data on our behalf:

  • Hostinger: hosting of the app and its database, in France.
  • Backup storage, encrypted before upload: [provider to complete], in the European Union.
  • Stripe: subscription billing and payment (European Union and United States).
  • Composio and Google: connection to the Gmail inboxes of app users (United States).
  • OpenRouter: calls to the app's artificial intelligence models (United States).
  • DataForSEO: monitoring of public company data, with no contact data (United States).
  • Slack: optional notifications, on the webhook provided by the customer (United States).
  • Email delivery: [email provider to complete].

Transfers outside the European Union

When a provider is located outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses [to confirm for each provider].

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [dedicated email address]. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
